What does a swap site see when you trade without logging in

It sees your IP address, your browser fingerprint, the asset you send, and the destination you choose. It does not see your name, your email, or any address from your wallet.

The technical view

Blockchain transactions themselves are public. The deposit address you used is visible to anyone watching the chain. The destination address you provided is visible. The amounts are visible. The only thing the swap site adds is the link between those blockchain events and your IP and fingerprint.
